set up

Relax the knees and move the hips back so the torso is close to parallel with the ground below.  Keep the back as flat as possible throughout the set.

Keep the elbows relaxed as the dumbbells are moved out laterally and away from the body.

Take a two second count to lower the weight underneath the shoulders.  Hold the posture in the same position throughout the set.
