Our group classes are held Monday through Friday at 6 AM, 7 AM, 1 PM, and 5:30 PM

Are you guys like CrossFit?
No. We do use many of the same movements as CrossFit like squats, deadlifts, presses, push ups, and pull ups, but how we do them is very different. CrossFit uses these movements in a circuit to be done in the shortest amount of time possible. The goal at Ballatore Training is to put more weight on the bar overtime through the most effective range of motion and perfect technique. Because many CrossFit workouts are done for time, technique can sometimes fall apart due to fatigue. With our training sessions we want you to take rest between your sets to help your train every rep with perfect technique to optimize your strength gains and reduce your risk of injury.
What are the prices of your group classes?
Our classes are $150/month for unlimited classes. The hardest part of any training program is staying consistent long enough to form a habit. Our training programs are designed for you to come to class five days/week. The more classes you attend, the faster you will see results.
How much does your personal training cost?
Our personal training packages start at $50/session.
