Steel Cut Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup steel cut oats
  • 1 cup dried fruit of choice
  • 4 cups water
  • ½ cup coconut milk

 

Directions

1.  Put all ingredients in slow cooker on low heat before bed.  

2.  Turn slow cooker on low.

3.  Wake up and eat.  Add choice of mixed nuts and fresh fruit if desired.
