Incline dumbbell bench press

set up

Lie on a bench that is angled at roughly 45 degrees with feet pressed firmly into the ground.  Bring the dumbbells to a position slightly outside and below the armpit.  Keep the forearm vertical with the elbow directly below the wrist.

movement

Press the dumbbells straight up, finishing with the wrists, elbow and shoulder in a vertical line.

Slowly lower the weights down and finish with the same set up position.
