Stand with a shoulder width stance. Relax the hands and let the bar rest on the delts. Keep the elbows pointing straight ahead and the upper arms parallel to the ground.
Squat down with the weight while keeping the elbows pointing straight ahead. Do not let the any part of the foot leave the ground in the bottom position of the squat.
Squeeze the glutes and stand up. At no point during the squatshould the upper leave the parallel position.
