Optimum fat loss comes from the combination of strength training and conditioning.  The amount of calories you burn during your training session are negligible compared to the calories and fat you burn while resting.  The more muscle on your body, the greater your fat burning capabilities while training and while resting.  This program combines strength movements like squats, deadlifts, rows, and presses with cardiovascular exercises like running and biking.  All of these movments have the abililty to burn huge amounts of fat because of the energy it requires to do them.  The key to fat loss is breathing heavily, the more you breath the more fat you burn.
