Ez bar reverse curl


Set up

Grab the EZ bar with an overhand grip, stand with a tall posture and let the bar hang in front of the body.


the curl

Curl the weight up towards the collarbone while keeping the elbows and upper arm glued to the sides of the ribs.


the grip

Keep the bones of the of the hand in line with the bones of the forearm as the weight is lowered down in front of the body.
