Banded Pull Apart

set up

Set the grip wide enough so the band is taught.  Bring the arms up shoulder height and keep the arms parallel to the ground throughout the set.

movement

While keeping the elbows locked begin the pull the band apart.  As the band get closer to the chest continue to squeeze the shoulder blades together.

Slowly bring the arms back to the initial set up position while keeping the arms parallel to the ground and elbows locked.
