The at-home program

Going to the gym has its disadvantages:

Working out at home has its advantages:

  • Wear whatever you want
  • Smell as bad as you want
  • Listen to your music as loud as you want
  • look silly without people staring
  • No wait for any equipment
  • Workout on your own time
  • Shower in your own shower
